The Apocalypse is Near—T’Pain’s Christian Album

Yes, you read that correct. T-Pain is releasing a Christian album this September. I have some great suggestions for songs—Imma Take You to Church, I’m in Love with a Messiah and I’m Sprung, I mean, I’m Saved.

The album title, you ask? Even Heaven Got A VIP. No, that’s not a joke.

According to RapBasement.com, Saint Pain said he’s a “deeply spiritual person” and goes “to church as much as the strip club.” Not as relevant, but he also admitted “I just got through watching The Notebook. You ever seen that movie? That sh*t is beautiful.” Rapgiant posted the article April 2. Maybe it was a late April Fools joke?
