Diddy Gets Sued

An old employee of Diddy’s is suing him for $12 million for age discrimination. Francesca Spero said after she told Diddy she needed hip surgery they started clashing. In her lawsuit she describes herself as a “51 year old white woman.” Spero was once the VP of Management and Publishing at Diddy’s Bad Boy Records. According to the suit, Diddy attempted to force her out of her position until he eventually fired her this past march. She claims she was replaced with a less skilled work who was also at least 10-15 years younger. With so many of the kings of hip hop getting a bit over the hill (cough, cough Jay-Z), they surely should not be discriminating based on age!
